Philips announced the launch of a new product bundle that combines the Philips Digital Voice Tracer 660 (DVT 660) recording device and the voice recorder edition of Dragon® NaturallySpeaking® 10, a speech recognition program from Nuance Communications. The development of this package is part of Philips’ strategy to target first-time users while also further integrating digital dictation into the everyday work flow of all business sectors.
The new dictation package combines quality recording hardware and highly accurate speech recognition software in a convenient, all -inclusive starter package that’s ideal for first -time digital speech processing users. The bundle allows users to record dictations on their DVT 660 and then have the recordings automatically transcribed with Dragon upon download to a computer.

Recently I have heard from a couple of clients that when they go to record in minutes they are getting no sound playback well all here is the most likely problem first go to your start button then control panel now go to sound and audio devices under the audio tab in the sound and audio devices properties dialog box and make sure that the sound playback default is I-Mic USB and the sound recording default is set to your onboard sound card plug your headset into the computer and that should resolve this issue
